For the room where one camera at the front will not cover the table, and a full Core build is more than it needs.
Two boxes carry the room: the RMP-100 processor and the QIO-VEN4 table expander handle audio processing, the network, video distribution, AV bridging and display control. You choose the endpoints from there. Commissioning is a web workflow rather than Q-SYS Designer, which is what makes one good room repeatable down a corridor. Choose the RoomSuite Bar instead if the space is standard enough for a single camera position.

Up to two NC Series cameras, ePTZ or PTZ, with NL Series network loudspeakers, NM Series and Dante microphones, and a TSC Series touch controller.
Configuration, not programming
Device discovery, video I/O, room audio tuning and a generated control interface, all from a browser with no code. The reason a standardised room stays standard.
One pane for RoomSuite and Core rooms
Q-SYS Reflect Plus monitors these alongside existing Core-based builds, pushes presets and runs bulk firmware updates remotely.
Two things to plan for
The RMP-100 does not scale video, so the input resolution has to match the output; and the UC compute is not included, unlike the bar. We settle both at design time rather than on site.
