The same table is on the about page, alongside the manufacturer authorisations and what we commit to, so anything here can be checked against it.
One page, rather than a page per city
A page per city, each saying the same thing with a different place name dropped into it, is a page nobody asked for and a crawler has already seen a thousand times. So this is the honest version instead: four areas, what changes between them, and what does not.
Orange County
Where the office is. Irvine and the cities around it — Anaheim, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Tustin. A site walk here is a short drive, so a survey and a return visit can sit in the same week without the week being built around them.
Los Angeles
North and west, across the county line. Traffic is a scheduling fact rather than a technical one: the design, the install and the handover are identical, and the working day is planned around the drive instead of pretending it is not there.
San Diego
South, and far enough that the work is planned as fewer, longer visits — a full commissioning day rather than two half days with a freeway in between.
The Inland Empire
East, through Riverside and San Bernardino. The same shape as San Diego: fewer visits, each one planned to finish what it started.
What does not change with distance
The site walk, the sightline and acoustics check, the as-built documentation and asset tags at handover, and the named engineer afterwards are the same in all four areas. Distance changes how a week is scheduled. It does not change the standard the room is built to.
It does not change what the room is built from either: the same four room types across three tiers, and the same two manufacturer lines. LXSYS is an Authorized MAXHUB partner and a QSC dealer, and an independent authorized partner and dealer, not an agent of either manufacturer.
Coming to see one
The four ways to build a Microsoft Teams Room sit side by side in one room at the Irvine office, which is a faster conversation than any comparison table. Arrange a visit through the contact page.
Common questions
Will you work outside these four areas?
Ask. The four are where the work is planned around, not a fence. What we will not do is claim a footprint we do not have in order to win a room we cannot properly support.
Do you have a minimum room count?
No. A single room is a normal piece of work, and the tiers exist so that one room can be specified properly rather than roughly.
Who is on site?
Badged installers who have passed a background check. We do not put subcontractors on a clinical floor.
How quickly do you reply?
Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day, and a confirmation reaches you the moment it arrives. Support response times are agreed in writing per estate rather than published as a slogan.
