Buying Q-SYS through a dealer means the design, the programming and the commissioning are one job with one owner: we size the processing to the room, write the control, tune the audio on site, and hand over a room that has been tested rather than a delivery of parts.
Estates with more rooms than they can walk are monitored afterwards through AV fleet management, so a fault is reported before anyone in the building notices it.
